Ingredients

  • Marinade to cook the roast in:
  • 5 to 6 lb roast (blade or chuck)
  • 2 cups water
  • 5 Tbsp liquid smoke
  • 5 Tbsp worchestershire sauce
  • 1 cup barbeque sauce
  • Cook roast at 350 for 5-6 hours
  • Cool overnight
  • Pour off marinade
  • Shred meat
  • Sauce: ½ cup butter
  • 26 oz ketchup
  • 5 Tbsp liquid smoke
  • 5 Tbsp worchestershire sauce

Preparation

Step 1

Cook covered for 30 minutes at 325.
