Ingredients
- Marinade to cook the roast in:
- 5 to 6 lb roast (blade or chuck)
- 2 cups water
- 5 Tbsp liquid smoke
- 5 Tbsp worchestershire sauce
- 1 cup barbeque sauce
- Cook roast at 350 for 5-6 hours
- Cool overnight
- Pour off marinade
- Shred meat
- Sauce: ½ cup butter
- 26 oz ketchup
- 5 Tbsp liquid smoke
- 5 Tbsp worchestershire sauce

Cook covered for 30 minutes at 325.
