  • 1 small onion, finely chopped
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tsp olive oil
  • 8 oz cream cheese
  • 4 oz feta cheese
  • 1/2 cup chopped Kalamata olives
  • 1/4 cup chopped roasted sweet red peppers
  • 1 tsp dried dill weed
  • 3 pitz bread rounds



Step 1

Preheaat broiler. In medium skillet, cook onions and garlic in olive oil until onion is tender. Remove from heat, Add cream cheese and feta cheese; stir until smooth. Stir in olives, peppers and dill weed. Set aside. Split pita into 2 rounds. Place cut side up on baking sheet and broin 1 minute or until lightly toasted,. Spread with 1/3 cup chees and broil another 1 min more. Cut each into 8 wedges.
