- 3/4 cups vegtable oil
- 1/4 cup white vinegar
- 1/2 cup white sugar
- 1 teaspoon grated or dry ginger
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce

Combine all ingredients except soy sauce. Bring to boil. Let boil 1 minute. Add soy sauce AFTER COOLING.
