Ingredients

  • Potato mixture:
  • 5 lbs potatoes
  • 1 1/2 cups cottage cheese
  • Dough:
  • 10 cups flour
  • 1/2 cup oil
  • 1/2 cup water
  • Salt

Preparation

Step 1

Potato Mixture:
Cook potatoes and mash. Add cottage cheese.

Dough:
Mix and adjust flour or water.

Roll out dough and cut into circles. Add small amount of potato and fold in half. Seal. Boil water and add perogies until they float and dough is tender.
