Ingredients
- 1 package bulk Italian sausage (1 pound)
- 1 cup chopped green bell pepper (1 large)
- 1 cupchopped onion (1 large)
- 2 cans (19 oz. each) Progresso Vegetable Classics hearty tomato soup
- 2 cans (19 oz. each) Progresso cannellini beans, rinsed and draind
- 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese (4 oz.)

Step 1
1. In a 4 quart saucepan or Dutch oven, cook sausage, bell pepper and onion over medium-high heat 8 to 10 min., stirringoccasionally, until sausage is no longer pink.
2. Stir in soups and beans, Cook about 10 min., stirring occasionally, until hot.
3. Sprinkle each serving with cheese.
