Neely's BBQ Nachos

Ingredients
- 1 bag tortilla chips
- 1/2 cup Neely's BBQ seasoning
- 6 oz chopped pork, beef or chicken
- 4 oz Neely's BBQ sauce
- 4 oz nacho cheese, melted
- 4 oz sliced pickled jalapenos, drained

Preparation
Step 1
1. Mound tortilla chips in a pile on a platter. Sprinkle with Neely's Seasoning. Spread chopped pork, beef or chciken on top of chips. Sprinkle with seasoning again and pour the Neely's BBQ Sauce onto meat. Top with the melted nacho cheese.
2. Lightly sprinkle more Neely's BBQ Seasoning onto cheese. Top with japs for additional spice.
SEASONING: 3/4 cup sugar, 1 1/2 cups paprika, 3 3/4 tbsp onion powder. Mix together.
BBQ SAUCE: 2 cups ketchup, 1 cup water, 1/2 cup apple cider veingar, 5 tbsp light brown sugar, 5 tbsp sugar, 1/2 tbsp pepper, 1/2 tbsp onion powder, 1/2 tbsp ground mustard, 1 tbsp lemon juice, 1 tbsp worcestershire sauce. In a large saucepan, combine all ingredinets and mix well. Bring to a boil, reduce heat to simmer. Cook uncovered, stirring frequently every 15 mins for 1 hour, 15 mins. Yeilds 3 1/2 cups.
