- 2 cups graham cracker crumbs
- 1/2 cup butter
- Melt butter in sauce pan add graham crackers pat in 9x13 pan set aside 2 tbsp for garnish'
- 3 8 oz pkgs cream cheese
- 1 1/2 cup sugar
- 3 tbsp pineapple juice
- 4 eggs separated..beat only the yolks and set aside.
- Save whites for later.
Combine the cream cheese, sugar and beaten egg yolks with pineapple juice. Beath until mixed and smooth texture use a mixer.
Then fold in the egg whites by hand with spatula till mixed
Pour mixture over crust and bake 350 for 45 minutes....set aside to cool.
After cooled add cherry pie filling or what ever you like garnish with cracker crumbs you reserved.
