Ingredients
- 4 Chicken breast halves or boneless chicken nuggets
- Garlic salt to taste
- Paprika to taste
- Pepper to taste
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 Tab oil
- 1 8-oz can tomato sauce
- 1 chicken bouillon cube dissolved in 1/2 cup hot water
- 1 small green pepper, chopped
- 1 small onion, chopped

Preparation
Step 1
Wash & prepare chicken.
Mix garlic salt, paprika, pepper, & flour. Coat chicken with flour mixture. Brown chicken in oil. Remove and drain on paper towels.
Preheat oven to 400* Place browned chicken in an 8 inch casserole. Mix tomato sauce and dissolved bouillon. Pour over chicken and add green peppers, onion & mushrooms. Cover and bake for 15 minutes or until mixture bubbles.
Serve over vermicelli that has been cooked in 2 cups water with 2 tsp chiken bouillon. Serve with tossed salad and spiced peaches.
