Ingredients

  • 1/4 Cup Sugar
  • 1 Tbs. Corn Starch
  • Dash of Dry Mustard
  • 2 Cups Beef Stock
  • 1/2 Cup Red Wine
  • 1/2 Cup Current Jelly
  • 3/4 Cup Raisins
  • little bit lemon juice
  • 1/4 tsp. Worcester
  • 1 Can Sour Cherries

Preparation

Step 1

In a medium sauce pan combine the sugar, cornstarch, mustard, and some salt.

Gradually add the beef stock. Stir until smooth.

Add jelly and fruit and bring to a boil.

Remove from heat stir in the Worcester and lemon juice.

Serve hot over meat.
