Ingredients
- Step 2:
- 500 grams cake and pastry flour
- 600 grams sugar
- 25 grams baking powder
- 10 grams salt
- 210 grams shortening
- 25 grams emulsifier
- 350 grams milk
- 20 grams vanilla
- Step 3:
- 500 grams eggs

Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Place all ingredients from step 1 in mixing bowl. MIx on low until ingredients resemble a fine crumb.
Increase to medium low speed and slowly add in the milk and vanilla. Continue mixing, scrape bowl, and mix for 2 minutes. Slowly add int eggs.
Continue mixing until eggs have been incorporated into batter. Continue to mix on medium low for 2 minutes.
