Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 lbs. boneless chicken; cut in cubes
  • 1 C. flour
  • 1 C. seasoned bread crumbs
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 1 stick butter or margarine
  • 1 tsp. oregano
  • 1 tsp. basil
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 2 cloves garlic, crushed
  • 1/2 C. bouillon
  • 1/2 C. white wine

Preparation

Step 1

1) flour chicken cubes; dip in eggs, season with bread crumbs. place in a single layer in 13x9" baking dish

2) melt butter in saucepan. add oregano, basil, salt and garlic. pour over chicken

3) bake 20 minutes at 350. add bouillon and wine. cook 15 minutes longer.
