  • 1 pkg. Pillsbury Loving Loaf Angel Food Cake Mix
  • 2 cups frozen nonfat strawberry yogurt, slightly softened

Step 1

Bake cake according to directions in loaf pan. Cool completely in pan tipped on side on cooling rack. Remove from pan.

To assemble dessert, slice cake horizonally into 3 layers. Place one layer on serving plate; spread with 1 cup yogurt. Repeat with second cake layer and remaining 1 cup yogurt; top with remaining cake layer. Cover; freeze 1 to hours or until firm.

To serve, cut into slices; garnish if desired.

Tip: To freeze up to 1 month, assemble cake layers and frozen yogurt in loaf pan lined with plastic wrap; cover. If desired, after dessert is frozen, remove from pan; wrap tightly.
