Ingredients
- 2 cups flour
- 1/2 cup icing sugar
- 3/4 cup butter
- 4 eggs, beaten
- 1/2 cups sugar
- Grated rind of 1 lemon
- 1/3 cup lemon juice
- 1/4 cup flour
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- Coconut

Preparation
Step 1
Mix together and put in 8” pan. Bake at 350F for 20-25 minutes.
Mix eggs, sugar, lemon and lemon juice together. Stir in flour and baking powder. Pour over top of crust. Sprinkle with coconut. Bake at 350F for 20 minutes.
