Ingredients
- 2 lbs. chicken tenders, cut in half crosswise
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- 3 onions, diced
- 2 tsp ground coriander
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp ground black pepper
- 1/4 tsp cayenne pepper
- 2 cups whipping cream
- 3/4 cup chopped toasted walnuts
- 1/2 cup toasted almonds
- 1/2 cup chicken broth
- 1 pound fettuccine
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh dill
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley

Step 1
1. Sprinkle chicken with salt and pepper.
2. Heat olive oil in haeavy large skillet over medium-high heat.
3. Working in 2 batches, add chicken and sauté until cooked through, about 4 minutes.
4. Transfer chicken to bowl.
5. Add onions to skillet and sauté until tender and golden, about 9 minutes.
6. Add coriander, salt, pepper and cayenne and sauté 3 minutes.
7. Add cream, walnuts, almonds and chicken broth; simmer two minutes.
8. Remove from heat; cover to keep warm.
9. Cook pasta in large pot of boiling salted water until tender, drain, return to pot.
10. Add sauce, chicken, half of dill and half of parsley and toss to coat.
11. Transfer to sering bowl and sprinkle with remaining herbs and serve immediately.
