Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground chuck
  • 1 Cup bread crumbs
  • 1/2 Cup chopped onion
  • 1/4 Cup ketchup
  • 1/2 Cup teryaki sauce
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp pepper
  • 1/4 to 1/3 Cup sugar (I use 1/3 Cup)
  • 1/2 Cup Parmesan cheese

Preparation

Step 1

Mix all ingredients and bake.

1/2 cubed cheddar cheese can be mixed into loaf before baking.

Preheated oven 350 degrees - 1 hour in ungreased loaf pan
