Ingredients
- 1 lb ground chuck
- 1 Cup bread crumbs
- 1/2 Cup chopped onion
- 1/4 Cup ketchup
- 1/2 Cup teryaki sauce
- 2 eggs
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp pepper
- 1/4 to 1/3 Cup sugar (I use 1/3 Cup)
- 1/2 Cup Parmesan cheese

Preparation
Step 1
Mix all ingredients and bake.
1/2 cubed cheddar cheese can be mixed into loaf before baking.
Preheated oven 350 degrees - 1 hour in ungreased loaf pan
