  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 tbsp ground cinnamon
  • 1 stick butter
  • 1 cup brown sugar, packed
  • 1 (8 oz) pkg cream cheese
  • 2 (10 count) cans refrigerated biscuits
  • 1 1/2 cups chopped nuts

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Spray Bundt pan with cooking spray. Mix sugar and cinnamon. In a saucepan, melt butter and brown sugar over low heat, stirring well. Set aside. Cut cream cheese into 20 equal cubes. Press biscuits with your fingers and sprinkle each with 1/2 tsp. cinnamon sugar. Place a cube of cream cheese in center of each biscuit, wrapping and sealing dough around cream cheese. Sprinkle 1/2 cup nuts in bottom of Bundt pan. Place 1/2 of prepared biscuits in pan. Sprinkle with cinnamon sugar. Pour 1/2 melted butter mixture over biscuits and sprinkle on 1/2 cup of nuts. Layer remaining biscuits on top. Sprinkle with remaining cinnamon sugar. Pour remaining butter mixture over biscuits and sprinkle with remaining 1/2 cup of nuts. Bake for 30 minutes. Remove from oven and let cool for 5 minutes. Place a plateon top and invert. Serve warm.
