Ingredients

  • 1 cup small broccoli florets
  • 1 cup small cauliflower, florets
  • 1 cup thinly sliced carrots
  • 1 onion, sliced in rings
  • 1/4 ¼ cup vinegar
  • 1/2 ½ cup oil
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1/8 tsp. pepper
  • 1/4 ¼ tsp. dried tarragon
  • 1/4 ¼ tsp. dried basil
  • 1 tbs. chopped parsley

Preparation

Step 1

Cook the vegetables, except the onion, in boiling water. Drain and cover in cold water until chilled. Drain again and combine with onion in large bowl. Combine remaining ingredients. Pour over the vegetables and mix gently. Cover and chill several hours.
