Ingredients
- 2 cups white flour
- 2 cups whole wheat flour
- 2/3 cups sugar (can use less)
- 3/4 cup shortening
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 1/2 cup buttermilk

Step 1
Mix well white flour, whole wheat flour, sugar, shortening, salt, and baking soda. Add buttermilk. Roll very thin and bake at 350. Watch carefully, will burn easily.
