- 1 Tbs. olive oil
- 1 pkg. dry yeast
- Additional olive oil for oiling pans
- 4 c. bread flour
- Cornmeal for dusting pans

Step 1
Pour 1/4 c. of the warm water into a small, shallow bowl. Sprinkle in yeast and stir to dissolve. In mixing bowl, combine flour and salt. Add yeast mixture, 1 1/4 c. warm water and olive oil to mixture; blend thoroughly with an electric mixer. Turn out onto a floured board. Knead until smooth and elastic, about 10 minutes. Place dough in greased bowl; cover with plastic wrap. Let rise in a warm place for about 50-60 minutes, or until doubled in size. Punch dough down; divide in half. On floured surface, roll each piece into a 12-inch circle. Brush two 12-inch pizza pans with olive oil and a little cornmeal. Place dough in pans. Let rise for 20 minutes. Top with desired topping. Cook in non-preheated oven at 450º for 20-25 minutes or until crust is golden.
