Ingredients

  • Chocolate Crunch Crust:
  • 1 8-ounce pkg cream cheese, softened
  • 1 14-ounce can sweetened condensed milk
  • 3/4 cup peanut butter
  • 3 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1 cup whipped topping
  • 1 cup peanut butter cups (Reese’s), chopped
  • 1/3 cup butter
  • 6 ounces semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 3 cups toasted rice cereal (aka Rice Krispies)

Preparation

Step 1

Make the Chocolate Crunch Crust first (recipe below).

For the filling, beat cream cheese until fluffy. Add the milk and peanut butter and beat until smooth. Add lemon juice and vanilla. Fold in the whipped topping and peanut butter cups. Turn into crust and chill for 4 hours.

Chocolate Crunch Crust:
In a heavy sauce pan, over low heat, melt ⅓ cup butter or margarine and 1 6-ounce package semi- sweet chocolate chips (or you can melt these in the microwave). Remove from heat and gently stir in 3 c oven toasted rice cereal. Stir until coated. Press into the bottom and sides of a pie plate. Chill for at least 30 minutes.
