Ingredients
- 8 oz. pork loin cut into 1/2 inch cubes
- 1/2 tsp. dried oregano
- dash ground black pepper
- 1/2 cup chopped tomato
- 1.2 cup chopped cucumber
- 2 Tbsp. finedly diced green bell pepper
- 1/4 cup nonfat sour cream
- 1 5sp. red wine vinegar
- 1 tsp. vegetable oil
- 2 large pita breads ( 2 oz. each), heated and cut into halves.

Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven to 300F
Sprinkle meat with half the oregano and the pepper. Place meat on rack in roasting pan and bake 15 to 17 minutes.
In small bowl, combine remaing ingredients except pitas.
To assembe souvlaki, arrange meat evenly in pita halves. Tope each with equal amounts of vegetable sour cream mixutre. serve immediately.
