Ingredients
- 1 lb chicken cutlet
- 3-4 scallions, chopped
- 2 small cloves garlic, crushed
- 1 Tbsp dillweed
- 1 cup chicken stock
- 1/2 cup white wine
- 2 Tbsp paprika
- 1/4 cup tomato sauce
- 3/4 cup sour cream

Step 1
1. Brown chicken and remove.
2. Bring to a boil the scallions, garlic, dillweed, stock and wine.
3. Lower heat, add chicken, cover and cook for 15 - 20 minutes.
4. Remove chicken.
5. Boil liquid in pot until slightly reduced.
6. Stir in paprika and tomatoe sauce.
7. Add sour cream and heat to just below boiling.
8. Thicken with cornstarch.
9. Return chicken and heat through but do not boil.
