Ingredients

  • 1 Plan serving of Crabmeat (7oz.)
  • 1 cup lettuce
  • 1/2 small diced tomato
  • 1/2 cup mushrooms
  • 1/2 clove garlic, minced
  • 1/4 tsp. dried tarragon
  • 1-1/2 TBS. lemon juice
  • Light Salt and Pepper to taste

Combine lemon juice, tarragon, light salt, pepper and garlic. Blend well. Pour half of this over mushrooms and marinate for 20 minutes. Place crab meat in salad bowl with lettuce. Add remaining ingredients and mix well. Add dressing, cover and chill well.
