Ingredients
- Step 1:
- 40 grams meringue powder
- 5 grams cream of tartar
- 195 grasm warm water
- Step 2:
- 1125 icing sugar

Step 1
Place step 1 in a large bowl, using a hand whisk to beat until foamy. Attach bowl to mixer and mix on low, slowly add icing sugar. Once all teh icing sugar has been added continue to mix on low speed for 10 minutes.
If icing seems to soft, add more icing sugar a little at a time.
Keep icing covered with a damp cloth. Rebeat occasionally during use.
Keeps 3 weeks at room temperature. Rebeat before use; may need addition of icing sugar.
