Ingredients
- 5 tbs. sugar
- 10 ½ ounces peaches, peeled
- 1 egg white
- Salt
- 2 peaches

Step 1
Bring 1 cup of water and the sugar to a boil. Add the peeled peaches, and bring to a boil again. Turn off the heat, and let the mix cool. Once cool, place the mixture in an ice cream maker and follow the machine’s instructions.
Beat the egg white into stiff peaks. When the sorbet begins to solidify, add the egg white and a pinch salt. Continue following the instructions of the ice cream maker until the sorbet is ready.
Serve the sorbet with sliced peaches.
