Ingredients

  • 2 1/4 cup graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 3/4 cup melted butter
  • 1/2 cup pineapple juice
  • 1/2 gallon vanilla or strawberry ice cream
  • 1/4 cup cornstarch
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 2 cups crushed frozen strawberries

Step 1

Combine graham cracker crumbs, sugar and butter. Mix well and press firmly into 13X9 pan. Bake 15 minutes @ 350. Chill thoroughly.

Soften ice cream and spread over crust. Freeze until glaze is ready.

Cook pineapple juice, cornstarch, and sugar until thick. Stir constantly. Add strawberries and cool. Spread over ice cream and freeze until ready to use.

Make ahead and keep until you want to use it.
