Hot Sausage and Mushroom Dip

Ingredients
- 1 lb. bulk hot pork or Italian sausage
- 1 T. cooking oil
- 8 oz. sliced fresh mushrooms
- 1/2 c. chopped onion
- 1/2 c. chopped sweet red pepper
- 8 oz. cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 t. Worcestershire sauce
- corn chips

Preparation
Step 1
In a 12" skillet, brown sausage. Remove sausage and drain well. Set aside. Remove drippings from skillet. In the same skillet, heat oil; cook mushrooms, onion and pepper until tender. Stir together cream cheese and Worcestershire sauce, stir into vegetable mixture. Add cooked sausage. Heat and stir until cheese is melted. Transfer to chafing dish. Serve with chips.
