Ingredients
- 1 Cup Kalamata olives, de-seeded, slice thin
- 1 Cup Sundried tomatoes, sliced thin
- 1 Cup Feta Cheese, crumbled
- 50 each 2” tart shells
- 24 oz Liquid eggs (not egg beaters)
- 8 oz Heavy cream
- Salt & pepper to taste

Preparation
Step 1
1) Line a sheet tray with foil or spray tray.
2) Mix together egg, heavy cream, salt & pepper.
3) Place small amount of olives, tomato and cheese into tart shell.
4) Fill shells a little over ¾ from top with egg mixture.
5) Bake at 350 degrees for about 7-8 minutes, rotate tray and cook for another 7-8 minutes.
6) It is done when you stick a toothpick in center and it comes out clean.
