Ingredients
- 1 Tbsp. canola oil
- 1/2 cup chopped onion
- 1 cup sliced mushrooms
- 1/2 cup chopped red bell pepper
- 1 small jalapeno pepper, finely chopped
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 8 oz. drained cooked soybeans
- 1/2 cup tomato puree
- 1/2 tsp. paprika
- 1/2 tsp ground black pepper

Step 1
In large skillet, heat oil; add oniion; Cook over medium-high heat, stirring occasionally, until onion is translucen, about 2 minutes. Add mushrooms, bell pepper, jalapeno pepper, and garlic; cook, stirring occaisionally 1 minute longer.
Add remaining ingredients; cook. pcvered, over medium heat, stirring occaisionaly, 20 minutes.
Calories = 323 per serving
