- 3 cans garbanzo beans, drained (juice reserved)
- Juice from 3 lemons
- 1/2 cup Tahini
- 4 garlic cloves
- 3 tbsp. Reserved bean juice
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 2 tsp. Salt
