Ingredients
- 1/3 recpie milk pastry dough
- 1/2 recipe French pastry cream
- 1 kiwi
- 1 pint strawberries
- 500 grams mandarin slices
- 200 grams apricot glaze

Preparation
Step 1
Roll the milk pastry dough into a sheet approximately 12 x 9 inches.
Cut off 4 strips to create and 8 x 8 square. Egg wash the edge of dough and attache bands around the edges to create a border. Dock the square with a fork-not the bands.
Egg wash the border and bake at 400 degrees. Spread the French pastry cream onto the baked galette bottom and garnish with fruit, glaze with apricot glaze.
