Ingredients
- 1 cup fresh blueberries
- 1 ¾ cups flour
- ¾ tsp. salt
- 3 tsp. baking powder
- 2 eggs, well beaten
- 3 tbs. melted butter
- ¾ cup milk
- ¼ cup sugar

Step 1
Mix the blueberries and 1 tbs. flour. Sift together the remaining flour, salt, and baking powder. Combine the beaten eggs, melted butter, milk, and sugar. Beat until foamy. Add dry ingredients all at once and stir quickly. Fill greased muffin tins 1/3 full with batter. Put blueberries on top and cover with remaining batter until the tins are 2/3 full. Bake at 400 degrees for 15 – 20 minutes.
