Ingredients

  • 1/2 c. butter, softened
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 2/3 c. brown sugar
  • 2/3 c. sour cream
  • 3 brown spotty bananas
  • 2 tsp. cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp. nutmeg
  • 1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
  • 1 1/2 tsp. baking soda
  • 2 c. flour
  • Chocolate Chips

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat oven to 375*
Sift together the flour, baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon, and nutmeg. Set aside. Cream the butter, salt and sugar until smooth. Add egg and sour cream and beat again until creamy. Add the bananas and beat one more time. Slowly add the flour mixture and stir until just moistened. Spray your donut pan with non stick spray. Fill the cavities about halfway and bake for 10 - 15 minutes. The tops should spring back when finished and be nice and golden brown.
Cool and then dip in melted chocolate chips. Don't forget the sprinkles!!!!!!
