Ingredients
- 2 heads of Nappi Cabbage-cut inot 1" pieces
- Double batch
- Brown in large skillet-keep stirring to avoid burning.
- 5 Tbs margarine
- 2 pkgs of Romain Noodles-break into pieces while still in pkg.
- 1 1/2 cup sliced Almonds
- Dressing-Double this batch also
- Boil for 1 min.
- 1/3 C of redwine vinager
- 2 Tbs soy sauce
- 3/4 C oil
- 1/2 C sugar
- cool refrig overnight

Step 1
mix salad together right before ready to serve.
add dressing first to cabbage mix, then add noodle/almond mixture.
