APPLE PIE (5 Roses)

Sweet pie

Ingredients

• 1 RECIPE OF DOUGH
• 6 apples peeled, cored and sliced
• 6 tablespoons of sugar
• 6 tablespoons of brown sugar
• 1 teaspoon of cinnamon
• ¼ teaspoon of salt
• ¼ cup of butter
• 1 teaspoon of lemon zest
• 6 tablespoon of cream 35% (optional)

Preparation

Step 1

1. Make dough.
2. Mix sugar, brown sugar, flour, cinnamon and salt.
3. Mix well with apples.
4. Pour into crust and sprinkle with small pieces of butter and lemon zest.
5. Pour the cream and cover with the upper crust.
6. Bake at 450 for 10 minutes.
7. Reduce to 350 and cook another 20-30 minutes.
