  • 4 skinless, boneless chicken breasts
  • 1 T vegetable oil
  • 1 8 oz package button mushrooms, quartered
  • 1 6 oz package shitake mushrooms, stems removed and caps sliced
  • 1/4 c buter
  • 1 .7 oz package dry Italian salad dressing mix
  • 1 10.75 oz can condensed golden mushroom soup
  • 4 oz cream cheese with chives and onion
  • 1/2 cup dry white wine
  • 2 cups cooked angel hair pasta



Step 1

Brown chicken in oil over medium high heat. In a 4 quart slow cooker combine mushrooms, top with chicken. In a medium saucepan, melt butter, stir in salad dressing mix. Stir in mushroom soup, cream cheese and white wine until cheese is melted. Pour over chicken. Cook on low heat setting for 4-5 hours. Serve chicken and sauce over cooked pasta.
