Ingredients
- 3 cups fresh/frozen cranberries
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 cup water, or
- 1/2 cup frozen concentrated orange juice
- 1 orange - zest

Step 1
Boil sugar and water. Add berries. Cook about 10 minutes in all, or until berries are quite soft. Stir to break up berries. Refrigerate or freeze, makes 2 1/2 cups.
For Cranberry Orange, substitute 1/2 cup water for orange juice. and add zest from whole orange.
