Ingredients

  • 1 ) 1 stick butter
  • 2 ) 2 packages cream cheese (8 oz each)
  • 3 ) 2 tablespoons chicken base
  • 4 ) 2 cups water
  • 5 ) 1 cup parmesan cheese
  • 6 ) 2 teaspoons garlic pepper
  • 7 ) 2 cups half & half
  • 8 ) salt and pepper to taste

Preparation

Step 1

Melt butter in large skillet ( I prefer non-stick) on low heat. Whisk in chicken base and water. Add cream cheese, stirring until melted. Add garlic pepper and half & half, stirring constantly. Whisk in parmesan cheese. Continue to simmer approx. 15 minutes to allow flavors to blend. Salt and pepper to taste.
