Ingredients
- 1 lb. ground beef
- 1 can tomato soup
- 1 cup salsa
- 1/2 cup milk
- 6 (6 to 8-inch) flour or 8 corn tortillas, cut into 1-inch pieces
- 1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese, divided

Preparation
Step 1
Preheat the oven to 400 degrees. Coat a 2-quart baking dish with nonstick cooking spray.
In a large skillet, brown the ground beef over medium-high heat, stirring until crumbled, drain.
Stir in the soup, salsa, milk, tortillas and 1/2 cup cheese; spoon into the baking dish.
Cover and bake for 30 minutes or until hot. Sprinkle with remaining 1/2 cup cheese, and serve.
