Ingredients
- 9 " unbaked pie crust
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 2 cups pumpkin
- 1 cup sugar
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp each cinnamon, ginger, and cloves
- 1/4 tsp allspice
- 1-1/2 cups milk (or 1 can evaporated milk)

Preparation
Step 1
Stir pumpkin into eggs.
Blend salt, spices, and sugar and mix into pumpkin.
Gradually stir in milk til well mixed.
Bake at 450 degrees for 10 minutes. Reduce heat to 350 degrees for 30-35 minutes.
