Ingredients

  • 5 pounds ground beef
  • 2 ) 2 large onion, chopped
  • 3 ) 1 red bell pepper, chopped
  • 4 ) 1 green bell pepper, chopped
  • 5 ) 3 teaspoons garlic pepper
  • 6 ) 1 1/2 teaspoons salt
  • 7 ) 2 pounds edmonds (hot) chili brick
  • 8 ) 1 can diced tomatoes (6lb 6oz)
  • 9 ) 1 can Brooks chili hot beans (6lb 6oz)
  • 10 ) 3 cans dark red kidney beans (16 oz size) drained and rinsed
  • 11 ) 1 can tomato juice

Preparation

Step 1

Cook ground beef with onion and bell peppers and seasonings until done. Drain grease. Add chili bricks and tomato juice. Stir over low heat. Add tomatoes. Simmer 30 minutes. Add beans and continue to simmer for an additional 45 minutes. Stir occasionally to prevent scorching. Salt and pepper to taste!
