Ingredients
- 2 quarts of water
- 8 skinless chicken breasts halves
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. pepper
- 1 tsp. garlic powder
- 2 Tbsp. dried parsley
- 1 Tbsp. onion powder
- 5 cubes of chicken bouillon
- 3 Tbsp. olive oil
- 1 onion chopped
- 3 cloves of garlic
- 1 16oz. Chunky salsa
- 2 cans peeled/diced tomato
- 1 can whole peeled tomato
- 1 can condensed tomato soup
- 3 Tbsp. chili powder
- 1 can corn drained
- 2 cans chili beans undrained
- 1 8oz. Sour cream

Preparation
Step 1
1. Combine water, chicken, salt, pepper, garlic powder, parsley, onion powder and chicken bouillon. Heat and simmer for 1 hour on the stove.
2. Remove chicken and shred. Save broth. In a large pot, cook onion and garlic until brown over medium.
3. Stir in the rest of the ingredients and add chicken and 5 cups of broth.
Simmer for 30 minutes and serve.
