Ingredients

  • 1 Package Cream Cheese 8oz
  • 3/4 Stick of butter or oleo
  • 1 Chopped Onion
  • 1 Chopped Garlic
  • 1 Can of Green Chilies
  • 2 - 3 Boiled Chicken Breast
  • 1 Package of Flour Tortillas
  • Grated Mexican Cheese (Cheddar, Monterrey Jack etc.)
  • 1 Carton of half n half

Preparation

Step 1

Sauté onions and garlic in butter until soft. Add Green Chilies and Cresam cheese until melted. Add cooked chicken which has been cut and cubed.
Fill tortillas and fold and place in buttered casserole dish. Sprinkle generously with grated cheese. Pour half n half over all until moist. Bake covered for about 25min or until bubbly. Uncover last 5 to 10 mins.
Oven at 350 degrees
