Ingredients
- 1 pkg (10 oz) angel hair coleslaw mix
- 1 medium red pepper, finely chopped
- 1 medium green pepper, finely chopped
- 1 - 2 Jalapeño peppers, seeded and finely chopped
- 3 green onions, chopped
- 1/4 cup white wine vinegar
- 2 tbsp lime juice
- 2 tsp canola oil
- 1 tsp sugar
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp pepper

Preparation
Step 1
Place the first 5 ingredients in a large serving bowl. In a small bowl, whisk the remaining ingredients. Pour over coleslaw mixture and toss to coat. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving.
