Ingredients
- 1/4 cup (60 mL) sesame oil
- 1/4 cup (60 mL) soy sauce
- 3 tbsp (45 mL) grated lime peel
- 2 tbsp (30 mL) fresh lime juice
- 2 tbsp (30 mL) liquid honey
- 1 tbsp (15 mL) finely chopped fresh ginger
- 2 cloves garlic, finely chopped
- 1/2 tsp (2.5 mL) red pepper flakes
- 6 baby bok choy, halved length¬wise

Preparation
Step 1
To prepare marinade, combine all ingredients except bok choy in a bowl. Add bok choy and toss to coat. Let stand for 15 minutes. Remove bok choy from marinade; reserve marinade to serve with bok chop.
Grill bok choy over high heat on natural gas barbecue until wilted and grill-marked, about 1 to 2 minutes per side. Serve drizzled with reserved marinade.
