  • 460 grams cream cheese
  • 65 grams sour cream
  • 80 grams sugar
  • 1 tbs. cornstarch
  • 2 eggs
  • 5 grams vanilla
  • 1 cup cherry pie filling
  • Cinnamon sugar

Step 1

In a bowl combine the cream cheese, sour cream, sugar, and cornstarch. Scrape the bowl and add the eggs, and vanilla, mixing until incorporated. Pour 1/2 the milk into a pie plate, spread cheery filling in, and pour in remaining cheese filling. Place the topping over the pie and sprinkle some cinnamon sugar over top.

Bake at 400 degrees for 45 minutes.
