Ingredients

  • 250 g de pâte feuilletée
  • (1/2 à 1/3 cup) of butter
  • (1/2 à 3/4 cup) of sugar
  • 8-10 peeled apples cut in two
  • ½ lemon

Preparation

Step 1

1. Roll your dough to a 2-3 mm thickness.
2. Prick your dough and refrigerate.
3. Melt butter in the mold in which you will cook your pie.
4. Add the sugar stirring in order to obtain a blond caramel.
5. Arrange the apples tightly in the mold and sprinkle with the lemon juice.
6. Cook on the stove for 10 to 12 minutes until caramelized. Take out.
7. Cover with the dough folding the exceeding towards the interior.
8. Cook at 400 F for 20 to 25 minutes or until golden.
9. Let cool for 10 minutes before returning on a serving plate.
10. Serve lukewarm with some heavy cream.
