- One package yellow cake mix
- 2 lbs of Ricotta cheese
- 1 egg
- 1 cup of sugar
- 1 tsp of vanilla
- Sugar
- Cinnamon
- **Demarle mold (sunflower or large round)
- **Demarle perforated sheet

Step 1
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350.
Mix cake according to instructions on the box.
Sprinkle cinnamon and sugar in the bottom of the mold, then pour in the cake.
In a separate bowl, mix the ricotta, egg and sugar. Pour on top of the cake mix in the mold.
Bake it in the oven for 1 hour. If after an hour the edges are darker than you like,
turn the heat down to 325. If the cake is still jiggles in the middle, place it back in
the oven for 15 minute intervals.
